Learn how to turn your daily tea time into a beneficial practice for body and mind. We’ll discuss what mindfulness is and how to apply it to your daily cuppa. Participants will go through both guided and unguided sessions.
This is a virtual class live streamed. Participants will need a small bowl or mug, loose leaf tea and hot water for the guided sessions. A link to join the class will be emailed to you the day before class.
